Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DigiFlowKey, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and SEO services and to maintaining fair, transparent business practices. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our obligations with respect to refunds and service cancellations.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

DigiFlowKey provides professional services that involve significant investment of time, expertise, and resources — including strategy development, content creation, technical work, account setup, and ongoing campaign management.

Because our services are delivered progressively and begin immediately upon engagement, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly services (SEO retainers, digital marketing management, social media management, etc.):

• You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to info@digiflowkey.com.
• Services will continue and you will be invoiced for the 30-day notice period.
• No refund will be issued for work already delivered or in progress during the notice period.
• Any unused portion of a prepaid period beyond the 30-day notice period will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

2.2 Project-Based Services

For one-time projects (website audits, strategy documents, one-time campaigns, etc.):

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellation after work has begun: You will be charged for the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellation after project delivery: No refund is available once a deliverable has been submitted and accepted.

2.3 Consulting & Strategy Sessions

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: No refund.
• We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions upon request.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe and cannot remedy the situation within a reasonable period.
• Material breach: If DigiFlowKey materially fails to perform the services as described in the signed Service Agreement.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a system error.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services already fully delivered and accepted.
• Work completed during a cancellation notice period.
• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (ad spend, software subscriptions, stock imagery, etc.).
• Strategy sessions and consultations that have already taken place.
• Dissatisfaction with search engine ranking results, as rankings are influenced by factors outside our control.
• Changes in your business direction or priorities after work has begun.

3.3 Ad Spend & Third-Party Budgets

Any advertising budget (Google Ads spend, Meta Ads spend, etc.) paid to third-party platforms is separate from our management fees and is subject to those platforms' own refund policies. DigiFlowKey does not control or issue refunds for ad spend.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your services, please:

1. Send a written request to info@digiflowkey.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request".
2. Include your full name, company name, the service(s) involved, and the reason for your request.
3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
4. We will review your request and respond with a decision within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
• We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with a refund.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing info@digiflowkey.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and will engage in good-faith negotiation.

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with their bank or payment provider, as chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional processing fees.

7. Our Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unhappy with any deliverable, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will revise the work according to the agreed scope at no additional cost. We want every client to feel genuinely served.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
